Company Settings
Company Settings is where you configure your organization's core information in OpsGrip.
Where to Find It
Go to Settings → Company from the sidebar.
What You Can Configure
Company Name
Your organization's name as it appears throughout OpsGrip — in the sidebar, on reports, and on your Company KB portal.
Company Website
Your company's website URL. Used for reference and display purposes.
Company Address
Your primary business address. This is used as the default location reference and shows up in relevant contexts like Trip Ops.
Company Phone
Main company phone number for reference.
Company Logo
Upload your company logo to brand your OpsGrip workspace. The logo appears in the sidebar header and on your Company KB portal.
Auto-Filled During Onboarding
If you completed the Phase 1 Guided Setup with OGI, most of these fields are already filled in from your onboarding answers. You can review and update them anytime.
Who Can Edit
Only Admin users can modify Company Settings. Other roles can view the information but can't make changes.
Tips
- Keep your company name consistent with how your team refers to the organization
- Adding a logo makes the workspace feel more like home, especially for your team members
- The company address is helpful for Trip Ops — it serves as the default "home base" for field trips
