Profile Settings
Profile Settings let you personalize your OpsGrip experience — your name, contact info, role, and preferences.
Where to Find It
Go to Settings → Profile from the sidebar.
What You Can Configure
Display Name
Your first and last name as they appear to your team throughout OpsGrip — on task assignments, team member cards, comments, and more.
Job Title
Your title within the organization (e.g., IT Manager, Systems Administrator, Help Desk Technician). This shows on your team member card and helps OGI tailor responses to your role.
Your login email address. This is also used for notifications and communication.
Profile Photo
Upload a photo to personalize your profile card. Shows up on task assignments, team views, and anywhere your name appears.
Contact Preferences
Set how you prefer to be reached for OpsGrip notifications and on-call alerts.
OGI Vibe Selection
Your profile also stores your OGI vibe preference — the personality mode that determines how OGI behaves and communicates with you: - Game Mode — High energy, fast, celebratory - Fun & Playful — Bouncy and enthusiastic - Clean & Professional — Smooth and understated - Friendly & Warm — Gentle and reassuring

Auto-Filled During Onboarding
Your name, job title, and OGI vibe are set during Phase 1 onboarding. Everything here can be updated later.
Tips
- A profile photo makes the Team page and task boards more visual and personal
- Your job title affects how OGI responds to you — keeping it accurate means better AI assistance
- The vibe selection is per-member, not org-wide — each person gets OGI the way they like it
