Managing Your Subscription
All subscription management happens in Settings → Billing. Here's what you can do.
Viewing Your Current Plan
Go to Settings → Billing to see: - Your current plan name and pricing - Billing cycle (monthly or annual) - Next billing date - Payment method on file
Upgrading Your Plan
Upgrades take effect immediately. When you upgrade: - You get instant access to the higher plan's features - You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle - Your next billing cycle reflects the new plan price
Common upgrade paths: - Free → Pro (unlock all modules) - Pro → Team 10 (add team members) - Team 10 → Team 25 (more team capacity)
Downgrading Your Plan
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. When you downgrade: - You keep your current plan's features until the cycle ends - At renewal, you switch to the lower plan - Your data is never deleted — features just become unavailable until you upgrade again
Changing Billing Cycle
Switch between monthly and annual billing in the same section. Switching to annual triggers an immediate charge for the annual amount.
Updating Payment Method
Update your credit card or payment method in Settings → Billing. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Viewing Billing History
See past invoices and payment history in your billing section. Each invoice shows the amount, date, and plan details.
Tips
- Upgrades are instant, downgrades happen at cycle end — this is standard and protects you from losing access mid-cycle
- If you're on a Beta founding rate, upgrading preserves your loyalty pricing
- Keep your payment method current to avoid service interruptions
