Cancellation & Account Deletion

We hope you stick around, but if you need to cancel or delete your account, here's how it works.

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm your cancellation

When you cancel: - Your current billing cycle runs to completion (you've already paid for it) - At the end of the cycle, your account moves to a limited/read-only state - Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted when you cancel

Resubscribing

Changed your mind? You can resubscribe at any time from Settings → Billing. All your data, settings, and configurations will be exactly as you left them.

Important for Beta customers: If your subscription lapses for more than 3 consecutive months, you lose your founding rate and would resubscribe at the standard price. If you resubscribe within 3 months, your founding rate is preserved.

Deleting Your Account

Account deletion is permanent. If you want to fully delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Go to Settings → Data & Privacy
  2. Click Delete Account
  3. Confirm (you'll need to type a confirmation phrase)

This will: - Permanently delete your organization and all data - Remove all team members' access - Cancel your subscription immediately - Forfeit your Beta founding rate (if applicable)

This action cannot be undone.

What Gets Deleted

  • All Knowledge Base articles (including starter articles)
  • All inventory records
  • All tasks, projects, and trip data
  • All team member records and invitations
  • All settings and configurations
  • OGI conversation history and guidance matrix answers
  • All site and location data

Tips

  • If you're unhappy with something, reach out to us first at ari@opsgrip.com — we'd rather fix the problem than lose you
  • Canceling your subscription preserves your data. Only account deletion removes it permanently
  • If you're a Beta customer, keep in mind the 3-month window for preserving your founding rate
