Payment Methods
OpsGrip uses Stripe for payment processing — the same system used by millions of businesses worldwide.
Accepted Payment Methods
Credit and Debit Cards
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
ACH Bank Transfers
For US-based customers, we accept ACH direct debit. ACH fees are significantly lower than credit card fees (0.8% capped at $5, compared to 2.9% + $0.30 for cards). This is a good option for annual plans where the transaction amount is higher.
Managing Your Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Update Payment Method
- Enter your new card details or bank information
- Save
Your new payment method will be used for the next billing cycle.
Payment Security
OpsGrip never sees or stores your full card number. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI Level 1 certified — the highest level of security certification in the payments industry. Your financial information goes directly to Stripe's servers.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails: - Stripe will retry the charge automatically over the next few days - You'll receive an email notification about the failed payment - Your service continues during the retry period - If retries fail, you'll have a grace period to update your payment method before access is affected
Invoices and Receipts
All invoices and receipts are available in Settings → Billing. Each invoice includes: - Charge amount and date - Plan name and billing period - Payment method used (last 4 digits)
These are suitable for expense reports and company reimbursement.
