Customizing Your Dashboard

Your dashboard should show you exactly what you need — nothing more, nothing less. Here's how to make it yours.

Entering Edit Mode

Click the Edit Mode button in the top-right corner of your dashboard. The dashboard will shift into editing mode where tiles become draggable and resizable.

Rearranging Tiles

Click and drag any tile to move it. Other tiles will automatically shift to make room. Place your most-used tiles at the top where you'll see them first.

Resizing Tiles

Grab the bottom-right corner of any tile and drag to resize. Some tiles work better larger (charts, graphs, activity feeds) while others are fine small (quick stats, counters).

Adding New Tiles

  1. Click Add Tile (or the + button)
  2. Browse the tile library — 51+ tiles organized by category
  3. Click a tile to add it to your dashboard
  4. Drag it into position

Tile categories include: Overview & Stats, Knowledge Base, IT Tasks & Projects, Inventory & Assets, Network & Alerts, Team & On-Call, OGI & AI, and Trip Ops.

Removing Tiles

Click the X on any tile to remove it. Don't worry — removing a tile doesn't delete any data. You can always add it back later.

Pinning Tiles

Pin a tile to lock it in place. Pinned tiles won't move when you rearrange other tiles around them. Great for tiles you always want in the same spot.

Color Options

Some tiles support color customization. Click the tile settings to choose from available color options that match your theme.

Creating Multiple Dashboards

You're not limited to one view. Create separate dashboards for different contexts: - A daily overview with tasks, alerts, and the AI brief - A network status board with topology, IPAM, and alert tiles - A Monday morning view with weekly stats and project status - A presentation mode dashboard for team meetings

Switch between dashboards using the dropdown at the top of the page.

Saving Your Layout

Click Save to keep your changes, or Cancel to revert to the previous layout. Your layout is saved per user — your changes won't affect other team members' dashboards.
