Integrations Overview

OpsGrip integrates with the tools your IT team already uses. Instead of replacing everything overnight, you can connect your existing infrastructure and let OpsGrip pull in the data that matters.

Integration Philosophy

OpsGrip's approach to integrations is practical: - Connect what you have — No rip-and-replace required - Unified view — See data from multiple tools in one dashboard - Automatic matching — OpsGrip links integration data to your inventory using IP addresses and hostnames - Simple setup — API key + subdomain for most integrations

Currently Available

Integration What It Does Setup
Microsoft Teams Sends OpsGrip notifications to Teams channels Webhook URL
SolarWinds Orion Pulls device alerts into OpsGrip's Alerts board API key + server URL
PaperCut NG/MF Pulls printer stats, toner, page counts API key + server URL
Printix Same as PaperCut, for Printix environments API key + subdomain

Coming Soon

These integrations are on our roadmap and have placeholder Connect buttons in Settings: - ConnectWise ScreenConnect (remote support) - Autotask (ticketing/PSA) - Jira (issue tracking) - Freshservice (ITSM) - Halo (service desk)

Where Integrations Show Up

Connected integrations surface data throughout OpsGrip: - Dashboard tiles — Printer stats, alert counts, and more - Alerts board — SolarWinds alerts flow in automatically - IT Inventory — Dynamic tabs for Network Status, Print Stats, Remote Access, and Ticket History appear on inventory items - Settings → Integrations — Connection status and configuration

Integration Modules

Each integration has a corresponding module toggle in Module Management. If you're not using SolarWinds, disable it — the toggle, cards, and dashboard tiles all disappear cleanly.

Tips

  • Connect Microsoft Teams first if your team lives in Teams — it's the quickest win
  • Integrations use the same API key + subdomain pattern, so once you've done one, the rest feel familiar
  • If you need an integration we don't have yet, tell us at support@opsgrip.com or post on Canny
