ConnectWise ScreenConnect
ConnectWise ScreenConnect integration is coming soon to OpsGrip. Here's what to expect.
What It Will Do
The ScreenConnect integration will add a remote launch button to hardware inventory items. Click the button on a laptop, desktop, or server in your inventory, and it opens a ScreenConnect remote session directly — no navigating to the ScreenConnect portal separately.
This means: - One-click remote access from any inventory item - No context-switching between OpsGrip and ScreenConnect - Faster support response when a user reports an issue with a specific device
How It Will Work
- Connect your ScreenConnect instance in Settings → Integrations
- OpsGrip matches ScreenConnect agents to inventory items via hostname or IP
- A Remote Access button appears on matched hardware items
- Click it to launch a remote session
Current Status
ConnectWise ScreenConnect has a placeholder Connect button in Settings → Integrations. The full integration is on our Phase 2 roadmap and is rated as high impact and relatively easy to build.
Vote for It
If this integration matters to you, vote for it on our public roadmap. Higher votes = higher priority.
Tips
- This integration works best when your inventory items have accurate hostnames and IP addresses — start cleaning up that data now so matching works smoothly when the integration launches
- If you use a different remote support tool, let us know at support@opsgrip.com — we track every request
