Autotask integration is coming soon to OpsGrip. Here's what we're planning.

What It Will Do

The Autotask integration will connect your Autotask PSA (Professional Services Automation) ticketing system to OpsGrip. Planned features include: - Ticket feed — See Autotask tickets on your OpsGrip dashboard - Ticket History tab — View ticket history on inventory items - Monitoring board — Autotask tickets alongside SolarWinds alerts for a unified operations view - Status sync — Ticket status updates reflected in OpsGrip

Why It Matters

Many IT teams use Autotask for ticketing but need a broader operations platform. OpsGrip doesn't replace Autotask — it puts Autotask data in context alongside your inventory, knowledge base, network tools, and team management.

Current Status

Autotask has a placeholder Connect button in Settings → Integrations. The full integration is on our Phase 3 roadmap, alongside other ticketing integrations (ConnectWise, Jira, Freshservice).

Vote for It

If Autotask integration is important to you, vote for it on our public roadmap. We prioritize based on demand.

Tips

  • If you're evaluating OpsGrip and Autotask is critical to your workflow, let us know at support@opsgrip.com — it helps us understand priority
  • In the meantime, you can use OpsGrip's IT Tasks module for internal task tracking alongside Autotask for client-facing tickets
