Freshservice integration is coming soon to OpsGrip. Here's what we're planning.

What It Will Do

The Freshservice integration will bring your Freshservice ITSM ticket data into OpsGrip. Planned features include: - Ticket feed — See Freshservice tickets on your OpsGrip dashboard - Ticket History tab — View service desk history on inventory items - Monitoring board — Freshservice tickets alongside network alerts for a unified ops view - Asset linking — Connect Freshservice assets to OpsGrip inventory records

Why It Matters

Freshservice is a popular ITSM platform, and many IT teams use it as their primary ticketing system. OpsGrip complements Freshservice by adding features it doesn't cover — network topology, trip operations, on-call management, AI-powered knowledge base, and customizable dashboards.

Current Status

Freshservice has a placeholder Connect button in Settings → Integrations. The full integration is on our Phase 3 roadmap alongside other ticketing integrations.

Vote for It

If Freshservice integration matters to your team, vote for it on our public roadmap. The more votes, the sooner it gets built.

Tips

  • If you're a Freshservice user evaluating OpsGrip, focus on the features Freshservice doesn't offer: Trip Ops, Network Topology, IPAM, OGI AI companion, and the customizable dashboard
  • OpsGrip isn't trying to replace your ITSM tool — it's the operations layer that sits alongside it
