Build Your Integration Wishlist
Don't see the integration you need? Here's how to make sure we build it.
Tell Us What You Need
OpsGrip's integration roadmap is driven by what our users actually use. If your team relies on a tool that OpsGrip doesn't integrate with yet, we want to know about it.
Three Ways to Request an Integration
1. Vote on Canny (Fastest Impact)
Visit our public roadmap and: Check if someone already requested your integration - If yes, upvote it — votes directly influence priority - If no, post it with details about how you use the tool
2. Email Us
Send a request to support@opsgrip.com with: The tool name and what it does - How your team uses it today - What data you'd want to see in OpsGrip
3. Use the Support Widget
Click the support widget on opsgrip.com and send us a message. We read every one.
What Makes a Good Integration Request
The more context you give us, the better we can build it: Tool name and category — e.g., "Meraki — network management" - What data matters — e.g., "Device status, client count, firmware versions" - Where you'd want it — e.g., "On the dashboard and on inventory items" - How critical it is — e.g., "Can't use OpsGrip without it" vs. "Nice to have"
Common Requests We're Tracking
Based on early feedback, here are categories we're hearing about: - MDM — Jamf, Intune (mobile device management data to inventory) - Remote support — ConnectWise ScreenConnect (Phase 2, confirmed) - Ticketing — Autotask, ConnectWise Manage, Jira, Freshservice (Phase 3) - Monitoring — PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix - Communication — Slack, Microsoft 365 deep integration - Cloud — AWS, Azure, GCP resource monitoring
Tips
- Canny votes are the single most effective way to influence what gets built next
- Be specific about what data you need — "I want the Meraki integration" is less helpful than "I want device status and client count from Meraki on my dashboard"
- If an integration is a dealbreaker for your team, say so — we prioritize accordingly
