What is OpsGrip? OpsGrip is an IT operations management platform that consolidates your IT tools into one workspace. Dashboard, knowledge base, inventory, tasks, projects, trip ops, on-call, network tools, and AI — all in one place.
Who is OpsGrip for? IT departments at companies with 50 to 500 employees. If you manage IT for a company and you're juggling too many tools, OpsGrip was built for you.
Is OpsGrip an MSP tool? Not currently. OpsGrip is built for internal IT teams. An MSP tier with white-label options is on our future roadmap.
Do I need to install anything? No. OpsGrip is a web application. Open your browser, go to opsgrip.com, and log in. Works on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Pricing
How does flat team pricing work? One price for your whole team. Team 10 costs $59/month whether you have 2 members or 10. No per-seat charges.
What's a Beta founding rate? A discounted price available during Beta that's locked in for life. When OpsGrip exits Beta and prices increase, your rate stays the same.
Can I try OpsGrip for free? Yes. The Free plan gives you a Knowledge Base with 20 articles and 5 AI generations per month. No credit card required.
What if I need more than 25 team members? Contact us at support@opsgrip.com for Enterprise pricing. We'll put together a custom plan with priority support and dedicated onboarding.
Features
What is OGI? OGI (OpsGrip Intelligence) is your AI-powered IT companion. It answers IT questions, helps write content, surfaces insights, guides onboarding, and even has games. OGI is built into every part of OpsGrip.
Can I disable features I don't use? Yes. Module Management lets you hide any optional feature. Your data is never deleted — just hidden until you re-enable.
Does OpsGrip work offline? No. OpsGrip requires an internet connection. It's a cloud-based platform.
Data & Security
Where is my data stored? Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in the US West (Oregon) region.
Does OpsGrip sell my data? No. Never. Your data is used exclusively to provide the OpsGrip service to you.
Can I export my data? Yes. Data exports are available in Settings → Data & Privacy.
