Troubleshooting Common Issues
Running into something unexpected? Here are fixes for the most common issues.
Page Won't Load or Shows an Error
Try these steps in order: 1. Refresh the page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R) 2. Clear your browser cache and cookies for opsgrip.com 3. Try a different browser 4. Check if opsgrip.com is loading at all — if not, it may be a temporary outage
If the issue persists, email support@opsgrip.com with: - What page you were on - What you were doing when it happened - Your browser name and version - A screenshot if possible

Dashboard Tiles Not Loading
If a dashboard tile shows a loading spinner or error: 1. Refresh the page 2. Try removing the tile (Edit Mode → X) and adding it back 3. Check if the underlying module is enabled in Module Management — a tile for a disabled module won't show data
OGI Not Responding
If Ask OGI shows an error or takes too long: 1. Wait a moment and try again — the AI service may be temporarily busy 2. Refresh the page and reopen Ask OGI 3. Try a shorter or simpler question 4. If it consistently fails, the Anthropic API service may be experiencing an outage
Missing Sidebar Items
If a module you expect to see isn't in your sidebar: 1. Check Settings → App → Module Management — the module may be disabled 2. Check your role — some modules are only visible to certain roles 3. Ask your Admin if the module was recently disabled
Integration Not Working
If a connected integration stops showing data: 1. Go to Settings → Integrations and check the connection status 2. Test the connection — if it fails, your API key may have expired or your server may be unreachable 3. Re-enter your credentials and reconnect 4. Check that the external service (SolarWinds, PaperCut, etc.) is running normally
Slow Performance
If OpsGrip feels slow: 1. Check your internet connection speed 2. Close unnecessary browser tabs (heavy tab usage affects performance) 3. Try a different browser — Chrome and Edge typically offer the best performance 4. Clear your browser cache
Tips
- When reporting any issue, a screenshot and the steps to reproduce it help us fix things much faster
- Most issues are resolved by a page refresh or cache clear
- If something worked yesterday but not today, check if your Admin changed any settings
