OpsGrip Status & Uptime
Wondering if OpsGrip is up and running? Here's how to check.
Checking OpsGrip Status
If OpsGrip isn't loading or something seems off, here's how to determine if it's a platform issue or something on your end.
Step 1: Try a Simple Test
- Open a new browser tab
- Go to opsgrip.com
- If the page loads (even with errors), OpsGrip's servers are running
- If the page doesn't load at all, it may be an outage
Step 2: Check Your Internet
- Try loading another website (google.com, etc.)
- If other sites work fine, the issue is likely on OpsGrip's side
- If other sites are also slow or not loading, your internet connection may be the problem
Step 3: Contact Us
If OpsGrip appears to be down, email support@opsgrip.com. We monitor our infrastructure closely and are likely already working on it if there's a genuine outage.
Our Infrastructure
OpsGrip runs on: - Vercel — Application hosting with global edge network, automatic scaling, and high availability - Supabase — Database hosting with managed PostgreSQL, automated backups, and failover
Both platforms have strong uptime track records and built-in redundancy.
Scheduled Maintenance
When we need to perform maintenance that might affect availability: - We'll notify users in advance via email - Maintenance is scheduled during low-usage hours when possible - Most updates are deployed with zero downtime through Vercel's rolling deployments
What to Do During an Outage
- Don't panic — outages are rare and typically short
- Avoid refreshing repeatedly — it doesn't help and can slow recovery
- Email support@opsgrip.com if you need an update
- We'll communicate status and expected resolution time
